Sue Kagel, RN, BSN, CHTP/I, HNC
Biography
Susan Kagel has been a Registered Nurse for more
than 20 years. Focusing on wellness, she is a
Certified Holistic Nurse through the American
Holistic Nurses' Association having completed the
Seeds and Bridges Holistic Nursing Program. Sue
created the Healing Touch service at Canyon Ranch
Health and Fitness Resort, a world class spa in
Tucson, Arizona where she maintains a full time
practice. She is the co-author of an NIH grant for
using Healing Touch with premature babies. She is
a faculty member of the University of Arizona
Program of Integrative Medicine. She serves the
community as a Healing Touch Instructor and
mentor, and is currently a member of the Healing
Touch International Board of Directors.

Sharon Stahelek RNC, HNC, CHTP/I
Sharon Stahelek, RNC, HNC, CHTP/I
Sharon is a registered nurse with 30 years experience
specializing in mental health, addictions recovery,
women's issues, holism and healing. She is certified
as a practitioner and instructor by Healing Touch
International. She is also board certified in
psychiatric/mental health and holistic nursing. Prior to
relocating to Arizona, Sharon was in practice as a
holistic nurse consultant, healer, and presenter at the
Center for the Healing Arts @ Imperial Point Hospital
in Ft. Lauderdale, Florida. She currently serves on the
Board of Directors for the Institute of the Healing Arts,
a nonprofit educational organization.
As a member of the American Holistic Nurses’
Association, Sharon has blended her past experience
and expanded her nursing practice to include the
integration and healing of the whole person, bridging
ancient healing methods with modern health care
practices. She believes that integrative medicine
offers unlimited potential for multidimensional healing
and she is committed to a vision of accessible and
compassionate health care for all.
